Base building Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC), is provided Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturdays 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM (or as specifically stated in your Lease Agreement).

The temperature is maintained at a comfortable level (72 Degrees +/- 2 degrees) and controlled by remote thermostats located throughout tenant spaces and by building energy management systems in select buildings. Should temperatures fall outside your comfort range, please enter the request via the Tenant Center.

Except as outlined above or as stated in your lease, HVAC is not regularly provided after normal business hours or holidays. At the tenant's request, after-hours HVAC may be provided at a current cost of $42.50 / Hour. All requests must be submitted through the Tenant Center by 12:00 PM on the business day before the requested date of service.
