Normal building hours for Downtown Doral are as follows:

• 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM - Monday - Friday
• 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM - Saturdays (or as specified in your Lease Agreement)

The Downtown Doral Management Office will be officially closed on the following holidays:

• New Year's Day
• Martin Luther King Jr Day
• Presidents Day
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Veteran's Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day

Should you require any routine cleaning, air conditioning or other services on these days, please enter your service request in the Tenant Center by 12:00 PM on the business day before the holiday. Depending on the terms of your lease, there may be an additional charge for service outside of the normal building hours. We will be glad to provide you with an estimate for any of the above services.
