Cleaning services at Downtown Doral include daytime porter service and nightly office cleaning Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays. Day porters/matrons are employed full-time to maintain the building common areas including restrooms, lobby, entrances, and grounds. Standard nightly office cleaning includes vacuuming all carpeted areas, mopping hard floors, dusting unobstructed surfaces, and trash/recycling removal.

If you have special cleaning needs, such as carpet shampooing or refrigerator cleaning, please submit a request on the Tenant Center and we will provide an estimate for tenant’s approval. Once approved, our team will assist with scheduling and coordination.

Any comments or concerns regarding janitorial service, should be reported to the Management Office via the Tenant Center.
